Cebu City: Magellan's Cross

I'd been to Cebu and got a chance to visit the Historical Magellan's Cross that represents City's long history also the most visited spots in Philippines.

Magellan's Cross was bought to the Phippines on March 15, 1521 by a Spanish-comissioned Portugese named Ferdinand Magellan and it said to be seated on April 21, 1521 by himself. The Magellan's Cross is covered with Tindalo woods to protect to those people who chipped away some parts of it as souvenirs as well as threats from nature. 

Eventhough, someone proclaimed that the original cross is inside the wooden case, many believe that the original cross was stolen/disappeares after Magellan's death. Despite with these, still the Historic symbolism of this Cross will not disappeared or fade away.
